Proximal mild ectasia, Mid mild 10-20 % stenosis, Distal diffuse 30 % stenosis. Diagonals : D1 - D3. DI Small sized, Normal. Ramus : Absent LCX  : Non-Dominant, Osteo-Proximal 80 % stenosis. Mid normal. Distal 30 % stenosis. OM S: OM 1-OM 3, OM 1 Diffuse 30-40 % stenosis. OM 3 OM S LArge, Normal. RCA : Dominant, proximal mild 20-30 % stenosis, Mid normal. Distal ectasia.
