Advice about baby night sleep

My baby boy is 3 months old. I have a question regarding night sleep. Should i wake him at every 2 hrs for night breastfeed or else should i wait for him to wake up. If i wait for him he takes continues 6 hrs nap.

It's fine if he sleeps for 5-6 hours at a strech..feed on demand..that is wen baby cries for feed..
