A CT scan of my mother shows adrenaline Adenoma of size 11 mm. CT report attached. Should I consider surgery or can medication help ?

Your mother should get a detailed endocrine evaluation to examine whether the adenoma is a functional tumour or not. In case of functional adenoma, surgery should be done.
