Patient is detected with adernal gland tumor (CT SCAN attached). Through laparoscopy whether it can removed. In surgery they will remove adernal gland or tumor. Harmone is getting released and patient is taking medicine for blood pressure arised due to tumor. How surgery can be done. Whether Adernalectomy is done for this kind of patients.
