I will be very happy if you could kindly explain to me about this histopatholgy report findings about my father is it a dangerous illnesses or can it be cured by chemotherapy

Adenocarcinoma is a type of cancer. Chemotherapy and radiotherapy is treatment method applied according to stage of cancer. Both treatment are effective if this disease is non metastatic.
