Dear sir, I am addicted to watching porn videos,doing musturbation since last 4-5 years.now I am suffering from back pain , acnes in head,burn in urine,nerves weakness,body pain,... I am failing to stop watching porn videos and doing musturbation,i am getting very bad dreams in sleep, ladies coming in sleep and disturbing me... please give me solutions to leave watching porn videos and forgetting musturbation please..
