Should I continue or stop use of an acne gel (Adapalene 0.1%)due to an adverse side effect. I am experiencing a red patch of skin and a bump 2-3cm from the patch of skin located on my left bicep.I have never had acne in this area nor have I applied the gel in this area. Also I have not made any change to my diet or exercise. male 115Ilbs 5,4ft
