Sir, I diagnosed with Acute T-ALL, currently in maintenance period which would be completed by Feb 2016.One week back blasts found in CSF but bone marrow is clear. I want suggestion for further treatment. transplant is mandatory r we can go by chemotherapy.

please complete the induction chemotherapy. Then your medical Oncologist may ask you for whole body PET CT. The response to initial chemotherapy is the best biomarker for prognosis. Best responses are if you get complete remission with induction chemotherapy.
