I m suffering from acute sinusitis for the last 40 years which aggrevat mostly in winters resultant chest congestion n coughing.

The people with low immunity and having sedentary life style are prone to sinusitis.  U need to boost ur immunity with ayurvedic treatment and hv to follow sone tips strictly. U may consult me for ayurvedic management.
