Hi, Treatment is supportive only ( I.V fluids / DVT prophylexis/ Analgesics / ppi. It can become a life threatening if treatment delayed. Already one organ involvement is seen( lungs). Need to check Setum serum creatinine ( for kidney) . wether patient is DIABETIC/ hypertensive  / Acidosis levels. Needs ICU care.
