Acute anterior angulation

My friend fell down from the scooter and hurt her sacrum. All kinds of movement is painful. X-Ray reports say the following - acute angulation of coccyx, sacrum& coccyx normal, no lyric or sclerotic lesions. Is it a fracture. And what kind of treatment is recommended. The ortho says it is difficult to treat condition.

Any injury to coccyx will heal by conservative , avoid sitting on hard surface for 3-6 weeks, if it doesn't not heal ,pain persistent , coccyx can be excised, need not have to worry consult orthopedic surgeon
