My wife has problem of Large acoustic neuroma hydrocephalus according to MRI report size is 43×42×38mm ....my question is on the behalf of report what is the stage of my patient..... Second question if I don't prefer surgery then what is the survival rate of my wife. ....how much time she has???????

Radiosurgery is possible with good results. It is only radiation & no surgery is required. She is expected to have nearly normal life
