I've been suffering from constant acnes as well as pimples ,black spots (marks left of acnes), Itching on the back side of head ,specially below my nose(moustache area) and in chin..

Acne or pimples is due to oily skin..few hormonal changes also causes.. certain food items like ice-cream, chocolate, sweets also increases it..
