Hello doctor,I am facing acne problem since 3 yrs I have consulted many dermatologists bt none of treatments reduced pimples .My skin is oily nd there r few marks on my face,presently I am using NILTAN ointment nd spleeac face wash.As the pimples r in grade 3 can I continue the treatment r consult dermatologist
Though its age of pimpy but ur getting tortured so can u choose Holistic n Ayurvedic dr nr by u to sooth it from core, external therapies does boost but ur case demand total transformation in daily routine, diet,exercise, n food habits too till then reduce salty n sour food n drinks...spare time 2-3 hrs between dinner n u retiring on bed..
