Occasionally have acne on scalp which becomes red with pain and irritation. Sometimes subsides after a cold water bath or grows with puss formation. Was using Topisal 3% lotion for the acne but after it subsides it comes again. Have oily scalp and dandruff since many years. More prone to this issue during summer when scalp becomes oily. Using Ketoconazole with Zinc mild shampoo. Dandruff reduced but hair fall is more with hairline also inching up. No allergies or issues with use of any medicines.
