Acne with lots of Inflammation

For the past two and a half months I have had acne, mostly on my forehead, but recently a small patch on my left cheek near where my hair is (by my ear) has appeared. It has been getting very bad where a few cysts become very inflamed, and it's not just one pore, but the inflammation can cover an area the size of a dime. I have experienced a similar type of acne before where it was also only on my forehead, but I don't know what is causing it to come back. What should I do?

Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Treatment depends on the grade of pimples or acne..So, please  consult me in my clinic or consult me by direct online consultation by sending photos as it's a must to see which grade of pimples or acne for accurate diagnosis and treatment
