Im 20 yr old girl doing 3rd mbbs.I have this problem for 4 yrs , acne vulgaris on both sides of my cheeks ,no pain . tenderness present ...facial skin has become rough n is filled with red scars..it gets reduced on antibiotics but it comes again aggressively after sometime ...it increases during menstral time ...pustules breaks out while washing face n thick pus discharge comes out ..I even tried isotretinoin but it NVR stopped... I'm very much worried.
