Hii.. Acne can be due to harmonal effects, increased oilyness and oil food and sweets etc.. Even dandruff can cause acne Pigmentation is common after acne and more if u touch them so don't touch Need to be treated correctly to prevent further spread and damage to skin Need complete evaluation and history for diagnosis, After that  correct treatment options can be provided Use clindamycin for acne , kojic acid  for marks at present So kindly consult on-line for further evaluation and prescription

Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Treatment depends on the grade of pimples or acne..So, please  send photos by direct online consultation as it's a must to see which grade of pimples or acne for accurate diagnosis and treatment.
