I've acne scars, mainly ice pick scars and tons of white heads. How to get rid of these scars. I've had 4 derma roller treatment and a laser. I didn't see any significant results. One of my dermatologist suggested me dermabrasion. Will this help to get rid of acne scars, who are the ideal patients for dermabrasion? What are the side effects?
