Acne related problem

I am suffering from acne from last 2 year.i have consulted from aiims doctor and taking medicine from last 2 month but no good results found. Tablet which i used 1.cap biodox 2.tretoin 0.025% 3.d acne facewash 4. Cap isowell. Can u suggest me something for better results and are these tablet good

Yes.. Treatment depending on the grade..Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Treatment given was good, but dont take isowell and biodox together, take any one f them. Its a cold weather coming so stop tretin, frequently wash ur face with water only, send me your pictures for better diagnosis and treatment
