Is clindamycin tablet good for acne n how long it will take propose dose i took Azithromycin doxycycline but no result is it work on acne clindamycin?

Usually I haven't prescribed clindamycin tablets for acne. It is used as creams. In case it is not controlled by Doxycycline or azithromycin, other tablets are available which can help. It has to be taken under doctor's supervision. You can consult a dermatologist near your place or send pictures
