Acne problem
I have pimples and acne in my face , i have consulted with doctor ,he adviced me to use mandisa facewash , hydravo moisturiser and adaplene gel 0.1% for blackheads , but after that I get more small red acnes, now I do not use adaplene but no result ,can madisa facewash also can be the cause of this?
What I should do get rid of acne and pimples.

Adaplene gel doesn't cause acne however it may irritate and cause redness if not applied properly.
