I have acne on my face ..i took eng.medicne bt nt imporove and my face has been dark and dull due to eng. Tube plz plz suggest me how to reduce thise marks...plz plz rply asap

It is bcz either harmonal imbalance in body r by constipation for that u need to get detoxifed internally by medicines r by panchakarma treatment consult ayyrveda doctor for better results
