Hi docs. I am 43 years old female. I sometimes get acne during my period cycle .At first I get redness in skin which becomes swollen in 2-3 days and sometimes have pus. I use clindac A gel in the morning and evening and adapalene gel at night. It dries the acne in 4-5 days but doesnt prevent it to become swollen...it leaves black mark after it dries. Can you please suggest some effective cream which can dry the acne before it gets swollen so that it doesn't create mark and also a good cream to remove existing acne mark. I follow healthy lifestyle with yoga and avoid fried and sweets. Also I drink 2 ltr water daily.also suggest a good facewash to unclog pores
