Acne/pimples frm past 2 years

Dermatologist prescribed doxycycline for 3 months, I took and acne was reduced but again reoccurred, later used ayurvedic medicine for 6 months acne was cured but again reoccurred, later doc prescribed Isotretinoin took it for 3 months, acne got cured and have reoccurred again now.. Fed up with the medications.. Need an permanent solution for this problem. Please do suggest..

Treatment depends on the grading of acne...Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Treatment depends on the grade of pimples or acne..So, please  send photos as it's a must to see which grade of pimples or acne for accurate diagnosis and treatment.
