I have lots of acnes on my shoulder blade and upper arms. These are sort of red boils and some of them eventually turn yellow with puss. They leave little dot marks on the skin as well. And it's not just one or tow, sometime its seems like an acne outbreaks. Pains when pressed. Earlier treatment only help temp.
