From few months now I have been suffering from acne on my scalp mostly back side of my scalp. It's covered with tiny acnes which get disposed automatically and comes again. I have use many creams. But it's unable to remove it forever. I have got dandruff too. What are the reasons for acne and what could be the proper effective forever solutions?

Greetings. These may not be acne but rather folliculitis of the scalp which could be of fungal etiology.  Would suggest you to see a qualified dermatologist near you. You'll  need a course of antifungal shampoos plus/ minus oral antifungal treatment. This should solve your issue. Avoid applying oils on your scalp.
