I have acne on my hand and in between fingers from past 10-15 days It's itching a lot. They are very small in size but their number is increasing

This is not acne ..it's scabies .. usually ur roommates will also have same problem..with itching more in the night time.. show to a dermatologist for further examination to confirm the disease and treatment..
