My face has oily skin. I have been struggling with acne for almost 15 years. Is there permanent cure for acne on face?

Some people do get acne even in the late 20's. It's better if you take a proper course of isotretinoin along with topical antibiotics creams .It will help to reduce your acne drastically. Not taking proper care will lead to scars which become difficult to treat.
