I have been suffering from adult acne though its not severe i usually get one to two breakouts occasionally but still i dont understand that even after following a strict sugar free diet and avoiding all foods with high glycemic index cutting off all the dairy products from my diet and even even using all kinds of medicated gels and soaps i still have to suffer from these acne
