Acne on body?!

Please help me. For the past ten days I have got acne like stuff all over my torso, chest-stomach-back-face-scalp. A dermatologist gave me Clear gel and some tablets, no effect. I went to a physician he prescribed Occuvir 400, cream and tablet, levocet, it has become dry but no recovery from past three days. Help??
