I have seen a dermatologist recently. I have been taking isotretinoin , azifast , and applying Clindamycin phosphate gel since last 40 days.But no improvement in my acne have been marked.Even the acne increased instead of decreasing.I heard somewhere that Benzoyl peroxide gel is much effective than Clindamycin phosphate gel.Should i consultant my dermatologist to switch to BP ?

Hi.am sure your doctor must have felt the need to start clindamycin instead of bpo. Sometimes in isotretinoin treatment there maybe initial flare up n then reduce.you again go for a follow up and mention your concerns.acne needs 2-3 months to settle.
