How to deal with acne marks (red dot marks) on skin? Since I have oily skin used to get more acne and it will remain as mark. Pls suggest

Acne is quite common but remaing of marks is mainly because of touching it repeatedly or squeezing opening etc. when it ripes by its own n then reduced will not cause marks so keep it in mind and along with this u need treatment both internally and externally to avoid acne n for healthy skin that can be done by consulting doctor.
