According to your history,you need oral as well as topical medication.there are many oral antibiotics which help to reduce the acne.alongwith oral antibiotics you may need other oral suppliments.in topicals there are again benzyl peroxide,adapalene combinations which are helpful.chemical peels also help to fasten the treatment,in regular intervals.But all you have to do is first consult dermatologist nearby you & follow the medication properly with patiently.
