Acne, blemished skin,
Ever since 16 I have been having serious acne issues. I have a break down now and then no matter how much I consume water or eat healthy. My acne have left a lot of scars which are boy at all easy to get rid off. All I have major dark circles. I have tried everything. Home remedies, doctors but nothing seems to help. Earlier I had a clear skin, but for the past four years the breakouts are uncontrollable also I've started to grow a lot of hair in my upper lips and few on my chin. I've never had this before. Please help

By description that you have given I would say you may have PCOD polycystic ovarian disease
To begin with visit a gynaecologist and get checked for pcod and meet a dermatologist for ur acne and facial hair
Avoid shaving or waxing of facial hair
