I am 18 years plus. I have had acne for 5 / 6 years. I am getting treatment and everything is in control. If I still get acne does it mean I am still in the stage of puberty ? Can I grow more (height) ?

No its not like that. Once you hit puberty there is going to be growth and not the reverse. The acne is due to sudden hormonal changes and increased oil production. It has nothing to do with your future growth.
