Is "clean 3" cream good for the face to remove acne pimples and black spots due to acne? Or suggest me some other cream

It is steroid based cream which could cause more damage to the face. Instead clear acne with cleansers containing salicylic acid and use benzoyl peroxide gel at bedtime over pimples. Later use hydroquinone based cream for dark spots. Use sunscreens during daytime.
