Having painful acne on my face and black heads near eyes. Please advise suitable treatment. Generally I saw them emerging within days automatically generated and gets automatically decreasing

Probably your condition is like nodulo cystic acne. You will benefit from short courses of antibiotics and if necessary Retinoids. Read my answers about acne treatment. Consult a Dermatologist.
