Hi, i have got small and painfull acne all over my head scalp. they popped up all of a sudden yesterday. please help. attaching image for more info.

Treatment for scalp folliculitis:-Cetrilak ( mild) shampoo for wash alternate day ( dilute with water) Fucidin cream for application twice daily ( over affected area ) Stop oil application over Scalp. Mupibact ointment inside nose ( both side ) for 1 month.
