I have been acne since copper T applied.... I am worried what to do right..... I washed my face regularly min 2-3 time in a day and I also avoid oily n spicy foods but nothing happening... How I get rid of it pls suggest

Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it..
