Acne & Acne Scar during pregnancy
I'm currently in my second trimester. And I have really bad acne and acne scars. I would like to know if there's any safe treatment in pregnancy.
I used to have acne and scars prior to pregnancy but it got worse in pregnancy.
Treatment depends on the grade...Acne or pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Acne scars can be treated most effectively with lasers but they r totally contraindicated in pregnancy. Creams dont have any direct effect on improving acne scars. U can consider these procedures post Pregnancy. Acne can be controlled with creams.
