Finding: Anterior​ Cruciate ligament is detached from femoral condyle Atchement site and lying flat in joint cavity with buckling of posterior cruciate ligament is noted.However posterior cruciate ligament show normal signal intensity.

Pind swed is very effective to strengthen the ligament..along with this basti  is also usuful.. Internal medicines like guggula kalpas & Ras kalpas should be continued ...
