When i do my heel slide exercise ,when i do it for 1 time i get quite diffculty and second time it so quite easy it is 28 th day after my acl surgery what was the reason for this 1 time stiffness .

Even after surgery, you need to re-educate the Joint range and muscles and ligaments function.
So it's important that you need to do all Range of Motion (ROM) exercises. It will take some time to gain normalcy. Be patient and exercise regularly.

If you are doing after a gap of quite long, then there will be stiffness and you feel hard to do movements but when you start doing few times then it will be easy and free to do.
You need to do exercises frequently to avoid stiffness and keep the muscles flex.
If ur giving a long time rest muscles will go for stiffness,then it will be difficult to perform movements,if u do once movement u will be free to do.
Repetitions of exercises has to be improve.
I have acl grade 1 sprain in one knee and my vit D is very low i.e 4.6 for which i am taking medicine
