I have my leg injured 2 weeks before. I got MRI for myself, and I have my right knee ACL full thickness tear. The doctor has suggested me ACL Reconstruction surgery. Please suggest if there is any treatment to avoid surgery.

ACL ligament is required for jogging,running or any sports activity, as you are very young there is no other alternative rather than to go for ACL reconstruction
