ACL 2nd Grade tear and findings in mri

MRI technique protocol sagttalT1SE,T2TSEFS,PDTSEFS,CORONALT1SE&all. FINDINGs:Mild knee joint effusion seen,incresedPD-FS /STIR superintending & acl with gd 2 tear ,increased intrasubstance &pretentious STIRsign intensity of mcl suggestive grade 2 sprain ,pcl normal,medial and lateral meniscus appears normal in signal intensity and thickness, joint space is maintainwith normal synovial thickness no loose bodies are seen .so suggest me can it be cure with physio or surgery. help I WANT TO CURE.

Try initially with conservative management for 6 weeks . This will take care of your MCL sprain. Later on , if you have anteroposterior instability, you can get arthroscopic ACL reconstruction done. ( This will take care of your ACL).

Do not bear weight over affected limb. Apply ice packs locally.
