My baby is 25 days old and is having severe acidity that hinders his sleeping too...he farts a lot and poop too...Can anyone suggest some remedy.. Moreover he is sneezing n coughing too. Can u suggest something for that tooa

Proper feeding position and burping after each feed is important to decrease farting in babies. Pooping about 6 to 7 times a day is normal for newborn babies so need not worry about that.
Next Steps
The baby should be in propped up position while feeding and burping after each feed is compulsory
