My wife have acidity problem she is filling acidity only right sides her abdomen with pain she have done Ultrasound whole abdomen which came normal last month she get relief when take medicine but after that again started and right shoulder pain also happens when she is filling acidity please suggest me what to do

Persistent acidity complaints are due to gastritis caused by Stress  or H.Pylori or Excessive acid secretion due to some other cause. You need proper consultation
Next Steps
avoid being empty stomach take less spicy food. avoid taking large amount of water with meals.  ... take it after 40 mins or so..

watch your symptoms more closely, when and what trigger pain. this will help in pinpointing diagnosis
