majority of the people will be suffering from acidity problem u need to change ur lifestyle if u wanna prevent it without taking medications
avoid spicy food alcohol smoking
have ur food regularly on time
add more of fruits green leafy vegetables...and in the night ve food atleast 2 to 3 hrs before u go for sleep
drink plenty of water...and do exercise try to be fit and healthy if problem persists kindly contact physician and gastroenterologist...
