I have saviour acidity problem(Burning stomach and Vomiting). And External piles(Burning anus and paining, Not bleeding and not stool problem) suffering from last 2-3 years. Please help to get rid of these problem permanently.

Hi dear, you have Fissure and not Piles as Piles bleeds but not cause pain, and Fissure cause passion and hardly cause bleeding.  You need evaluation both for upper and lower GI system.

avoid oily, spicy food, tea and coffee.
