It has been almost 5 months I am suffering from this. I sometimes get a very unusual Iching, scratching or poking sensation around by nipples of the chest on both the sides. I am a male 23 years and am on the higher side on weight. When I press the area it pains. At times even both my arms pain which again when pressed at the location the pain increases. At times due to acidity and digestive issues (maybe) my stomach burns and it even reaches the upper abdomen or lower chest portion. Due to all this I always feel the fear the I would get a heart attack I have consulted 2 cardiologist and several other MD and MBBS doctors. I have done 3 ECGs and also a troponin T test which have all come normal. But sometimes when I lie down with the fear I can feel my heart beat faster and then look for symptoms like even jaw pain and neck pain and try to relate it to my heart issues. Please help me
